Arrows AI automates the follow up process for your sales reps!
Your templates contain most of the information that applies to specific prospects as they start your sales process. But as you have more calls, emails, and discovery, more and more is learned about that prospect’s needs.
Arrows block library is intended to let you pre-save different content blocks and manually add them to rooms when applicable.
Arrows AI intelligence can suggest those pre-saved blocks AND edits to existing information in the room automatically!
It has the power to digest the emails, notes, and meeting recordings from the sales deal in HubSpot and then recommend the next steps, milestones, and content to add to your sales rooms to keep momentum moving forward.
These suggestions can be accepted or skipped by the sales rep managing that room.
When accepted, a block with the relevant content will automatically be added to that sales room. A rep can accept the suggestions as is, or edit them as needed. They can also discard the suggestion all together.
This guide will cover enabling Arrows AI for your account and instruct on how it works!
Enable your account for Arrows AI
An Arrows admin will be able to enable the AI settings from the Intelligence page in your Arrows account settings - click here to access that page.
This page will have more information on Arrows AI powered suggestions and confirm if this feature is enabled for your account.
If you need to enable it, you’ll see a screen similar to this:

If you already have enabled it, or complete the process, you’ll see a confirmation screen similar to this:

You’ll need to have admin access in Arrows to complete this step! If you don’t have that level of access, you’ll need to ask your Arrows admin for support with this step.
How suggestions work
After you have enabled Arrows AI intelligence, you will see a Suggestions drawer on your active rooms - this is where the magic is!
Arrows AI is accessing the meetings, notes, and email activity on the HubSpot deal that the room is connected to.
Your call recording software likely has notes and transcripts that it can pass to HubSpot as well - when that is the case, Arrows AI can take the insights and “conversations” that happened during those calls into consideration when making suggestions!
These suggestions can be added to the room in the form of new content blocks or updates to existing blocks for milestones and next steps!

Suggestions menu overview
Opening the Suggestions drawer will show you recommendations that are available - we’ll share a few specific examples in the next few sections below.
At the top of the suggestion drawer is a “back” arrow to take you to the suggestions overview (you also have the options to toggle between different suggestions)

Press the back arrow to see the below overview. It will include…
- suggestions for updating existing blocks you might already being using to track Milestones or Next steps for customers
- suggestions for new blocks of content to add from your library to that room
- and, visibility into all of the context that went into the suggestions (in this case, emails that were tracked in HubSpot)

Example suggestion - updating a Milestone block
Looking back at a specific suggestion, let’s break down what appears for you.
In this example, Arrows AI is suggesting updating a few key milestones that are in the existing Milestone block on the room - based on the recent conversations and notes on the deal record.
From this screen, you’ll see the option to…
- jump between different available suggestions
- update the suggestion when you are ready (or discard it completely)
- see the data that went into formulating the suggestion
- pinpoint which parts of the updates are being suggested by Arrows AI (highlighted in a colored-border)
- and, preview the updates that would be applied to your room should you accept the suggestions.
Once you choose to update (or add) the suggestion, it will become available in that specific sales room. The next time the customer accesses the room, they will see it!
Each block also has a unique link - so you can email customers instant access to that content proactively if you choose!

Example suggestion - updating a Next steps block
In this example, the suggestion is recommending an update to an existing Next steps block in the room.
You can choose to…
- discard or apply the update whenever you are ready
- manually update the suggestion if needed!
- and, see the data that went into formulating the suggestion

Example suggestion - adding a block from your library
In this example, Arrows AI is suggesting a button block type that is saved in the block library.
This block is intended to be added to rooms only when they require a trial - something that isn’t standard for everyone.
It’s being suggested because the starting a trial was one of the main topics that came up during the call and in the email communications with this prospect!
In this view, you will be able to…
- add discard the suggestion
- edit any of the pre-saved information in that specific block

When you do click Add you’ll see the follow screen and the options to…
- confirm the suggestion was applied
- see a preview of what the actual block will look like in your room
- and, head to the next suggestion!

Example suggestion - adding a resource block to a room
In this example, Arrows AI is suggesting adding a pre-saved block with some specific knowledge base articles.
From this view, you’ll be able to…
- add or discard the suggestion
- and, preview and/or edit any of the suggested links within that resource block before accepting the suggestion.

Setting up content blocks to work with Arrows AI suggestions
When you create content blocks in your block library, the block description is key when it comes to Arrows AI suggestions. The information in the description is used to help formulate which blocks of content should be suggested for a specific prospect.
Here is an example of a intended to be added to a room when a prospect wants more information about how Arrows might work for their internal teams in HubSpot - the description is written in a way to indicate that’s when this block should be used.
From this screen, you’ll be able to…
- confirm the description for your block
- and, confirm that the block is enabled to be used for suggestions

When editing a specific block, you’ll see the option to turn on Suggest adding this block to rooms if you want that description and block to be considered in the Arrows AI intelligence.
Adding a detail description is good practice regardless of AI suggestions or not. Sales reps can access the content in your block library and pull from it manually as well - so a detailed description (and tags) is a great way to ensure the right content is being used, whether through AI suggestions or manually.

Which content blocks work with Arrows AI?
Whenever you are adding new blocks to your library or directly into your rooms/templates - you’ll see the Arrows AI intelligence indicator next to blocks that are being considered for suggestions by Arrows AI!
