Below is a list of properties to create within your Deal or Ticket object in HubSpot so you can eventually enrich them with Arrows plan data!
Note - Arrows plans sync with a Deal OR Ticket - choose whichever object you wish to use for your onboarding or implementation process.
Once you have these properties created, you’ll sync the respective values from Arrows into them so that you can use the values in HubSpot for reporting, automations, and visibility into plan progress.
Creating properties in HubSpot
We recommend creating a property group to help organize the properties you create for easy access.
To get started…
- Open the settings page in HubSpot
- Select Properties under Data Management
- Select the object you will use (Deals or Tickets)
- Select the Groups tab
- Select Create group and create one for “Arrows Properties” (or a name of your choice)
- Click the group you just created and select View properties

From the next screen, press Create property

The table below contains the property name, description, and property format for the 10 properties we recommend starting with.
These will be used in the recommended reports and dashboards linked below.
The prefix “Arrows” will help keep these organized and easy to search for, but feel free to rename them if your CRM nomenclature calls for it.
Property Name | Format | Description |
Arrows plan status | Single-line text | The plan status (active, complete, failed, or archived) |
